SmartFlo Pro is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase via your private Customer Hub. Because the product is delivered digitally and accessed immediately after purchase, it is considered delivered and activated at the time access is granted.
All payments are processed by our payment processor, who act as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By completing a purchase you agree to the terms of our payment processor and the terms of this Refund Policy.
SmartFlo Pro purchases are non-refundable. As a digital product that is instantly accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds as a matter of course. However, we recognise that exceptional circumstances exist and we will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
